This guy obviously has a problem.. That is clearly evident. You can't rationalize with an irrational person. I hope he finds something that makes him happy. Ya know Pitch....You seem hell bent on trying to slice and dice the man any which way you can. One has to wonder WHY? Perhaps it's a personal issue with you? If not......please keep this in mind.....

What we're all trying to tell you is that we're well aware of what Nic looks like, sounds like and even acts like when he's not made up and put on the red carpet and we STILL LOVE THE GUY! In fact....as I said before, it is his very humaness that appeals to us.

As far as his flicks flopping....Nic has repeatedly said that he picks projects on how they appeal to HIM. I don't think the driving force behind his choices is based on how much money they'll make. And I, for one, truly RESPECT this decision of Nic's.

There are many many people out there who like Nic Cage for the simple fact that he's not perfect and because he plays 'out there' characters. We like QUIRK!

Get it? If not....GET OVER IT, will ya??? You're barking up the wrong tree here. This forum has been designed to discuss the actor and man in a respectful way, not to bash him constantly. Perhaps you'd be happier elsewhere?

I think it's not fair to compare a non celebrity to a celebrity. A movie star projects himself out there on the screen, is a public figure, and should be under our scrutiny. They project huge lies and fake vaneers that hide what they truly look like in reality.

It clearly states in the introduction to these threads that there is to be no bashing of Nic and/or his family and anyone breaching this rule will be removed so why isn't this being upheld?How come this rude, insulting idiot hasn't been removed or banned????

This is a place for Nic fans to discuss Nic and his work not for anti Nic people to come here and insult our Idol.

I realise that not everyone likes everything Nic does and constructive critiscism is fair but when it gets so that it's a personal vendetta towards a man, his personal life and his family then it isn't acceptable.
