I think  that person's link to a slideshow of him is so very cute because it is him as he naturally is when hanging out.  It says they were taken on May 13th. I think they are some of the better pics I've seen in a while, and it seems they were taken without him noticing it.  As far as the shirtless, that same photo is currently in national Enquirer magazine.  It seems that papparazzi snapped a photo of him while walking from the set of his movie he is currently filming. There is also another new photo of him in the current People magazine(may 22nd issue), It is near the back of the magazine under an area called fashion police on page 94, and they are making fun of his suit he is wearing. I thought the suit was adorable as I like his style. It actually looked like a very expensive suit, it was either burgundy or deep purple with some sort of small design on it and looked like silk material, I liked it so I don't know what their problem was.
