They are fortunate, but it wasn't only luck that got Nic nice homes. He has worked very hard for many years being a great actor to get to where he is today ( More Luck for Alice though)

It sort of looks as though there is parking space for the docks between each home there.

I am from the midwest and live on a small private lake. I couldn't handle the space between lots--what is that, one foot?


Looks fun I imagine many happy houyrs are spent there.

WOW!  So much space!!  Being prior Coast Guard (once a "Coastie, always a Coastie") I am drooling at the boat and the wet docks.  Someday I will have a an office made out of an old steamer dammit!  LOL
