I agree with you C949. I have also seen these guys selling black market dvds and think it is awful. Everyone who works so hard to produce these movies is hurt, and so is the consumer. I can not speak for anyone else, but I like the special features, and dolby surround sound. Who wants a dvd made with a camcorder in the theater with bad picture, and second-hand sound? As to the other, no one is speculating publically about my finances, but I would HATE to have that happen. Good luck Nicolas. This sucks, but it is not forever.

You know can you back up your claim?
I hate when someone puts something out there and expects us to believe it.

You know dvd's sold on the black market takes money out of Nick's pocket, so don't even buy them, there's a guy here on the streets, who goes around carrying a duffle bag, selling movies., asking people if they want to buy, I don't even respond to his question, if he wants to starrt something I'm ready.

Because the way I look at it he disrespects me, by expecting, assuming I will do something illegal.
The pawn shop sells Nick's movies very cheap for $3.00, I don't know if it's because there used...

This is not surprising news considering the global financial downturn, not only average citizens but also rich people are in this kind of trouble with banks. Hope Nic can get himself out of this unfortunate predicament soon... he´s an honest hard working guy after all. Maybe be all he needs is a down to earth readjustment of his way of life to the new economic climate.
