Hi, I found this blurb in the local press about the party that´s probably being held in Nic and Eva´s honor as I type this.... Sorry it´s in Italian. Roughly translated, it says that fashion designer Alberta Feretti has organized the party in her luxury boat (see the link below) after the red carpet for Bad Lieutenant this evening in the Lido.

(ANSA) - VENEZIA, 3 SET - Dopo aver assistito alla serata inaugurale della Mostra il 2 settembre, attirando l'attenzione dei fotografi sul red carpet con un mozzafiato abito rosso leopardato, Eva Mendes, oggi è tornata al Lido insieme a Nicolas Cage, con cui è protagonista di Bad Lieutenant: Port Of Call New Orleans di Werner Herzog (una sorta di remake del film cult di Abel Ferrara), che sarà presentato domani al Festival in concorso.

Cage e la Mendes hanno posato insieme sulla banchina di attracco dei motoscafi per i fotografi. Cage, che ha sfoggiato un inedito pizzetto brizzolato, era in un elegante completo blu scuro, senza cravatta, mentre la Mendes in un raffinato abito color pesca e tacchi altissimi neri.

La giornata di Herzog, Cage e Mendes alla Mostra si concluderà domani sera all'esclusiva festa che ha organizzato per loro Alberta Ferretti sul rompighiaccio Prometej. (ANSA).
