I think his finest acting in KNOWING was when he is having to say goodbye to his son. A parents first instinct is to hold on tightly to their child and here he had to say....Go.....it's OK to go.........while holding back his anguish.

Personally I don't like his acting in Knowing much, I think he could do better. The best is when he enters Caleb's room and sees the boy watching the video, then he backs a few steps. But great news anyway.
