Oooh he´s going for the Jane Austen way of life. More power to him. Sorry, I meant... it is a truth universally acknowledged that a highly successful man in possession of a good fortune, must be in want of a haven to retreat to when he seeks solace from the goings on of the world.
I think the solitude and being in nature would be healing and rejuvenating at the same time.
