Just think that Charlie still looked too young to be in forties... looked more like in Nic's thirties, imo.

The make-up artist of Peggy Sue Got Married did a fantastic job aging Nic (who was in his twenties at the time) to make him look like he was in his forties... Just judge for yourselves:
