I love this scene!   It shows a man.......trying desperately to hold onto his decorum while veering very near the edge of having a full meltdown.

... in which Nic showcases his comedic talent (and manages to enclose some pathos in his almost slapstick yelling... I mean, this sick helpless man is desperate to get his meds and can´t possibly wait for the line to move ahead... you laugh at him, but you feel for him at the same time).
