Actually I was thinking hide-and-seek would be a NICe introductory game to the next level you know? (Psst... I was planning to hide on that huge bubble bath...)

Hide-N-Seek is definitely NOT what I would be playing with Nic if I were locked up with him in that place for a week...........I can think of alot of other games I'd be willing to play tho.............
;)

hmmmm, how to explain. actually, (sorry nic), his accent is only okay, not dead on. it's more about the style- the belt buckle, boots, etc. no one really wears that here unless they are way out in the country, and then they DEFINATELY do not look as hot. he just makes a darn fine cowboy. he might even be able to talk me into getting on a horse LOL!!!!!

Wow, I think I would be lost in that place to never be found again... for a week at least. Imagine playing hide-and-seek with Nic in there?

If he ever came back to the Chicagoland area and one of you ladies were trying to think of a place to entertain him here, I suggest you bring him to the Sybaris....

I can personally attest to this being the perfect little hideway.  Be careful tho.  There's a poltergeist in this room............my ankle has never been the same!

Then I can keep him all to myself?? Gee THANKS Randy!! No Comfort Inns here in Madrid, so I´ll have to look for a quaint little place to make reservations already before you change your mind... LOL!

(Excuse me, but since English is not my mother tongue sometimes I get a little confused... What do you mean by "he does Texas better"? Is is about his Texas accent? THanks in advance for your explanation!)

LOL y'all crack me up! i am rooting for mara. but honey, surely you deserve something better than the country inn. btw, he does texas WAY better than the locals. besides, i would be too busy running away from temptation to even try persuasion. he's all yours :)

Wow Lula your description of the scene is hot too, hehehe...

Just a bit of trivia here: did you know that the guy playing the barman is actually Jeff Levine, who was the friend who accompanied Nic on his trip to N.O. (narrated in "On the Road Again"), who then went on to executive produce many of Nic´s movies and later on became his first partner in Saturn Films?

Lol!!!biggrin.gif well us single girls don't stand a chance with Michael, he only gets involved in the tensions and temptations offered by the moral dilemma...

Finally got round to Youtubing this one..I'm trying to ration myself now having overdosed on it for a while. biggrin.gif

Thanks for bringing this for our 'viewing pleasure' mara, such synchronicity that it turned up on the tube after we were discussing "the belt" (yet again!)
And thanks so much to Roonilwazlib for putting a piece of one of my fave Nic movies out there, and for putting the whole bar scene on as well.... Superb acting. The timing. The eyes absolutely incredible. I love the whole tension of the character Michael. Always conflicted in his choices, one temptation after another, with varying shades of grey... Look how he resists yet is surrendered. Right up to the point he is fixing the drinks and having his clothes removed Michael is holding on to something... then ...swoop..he goes in for that kiss. Incredible. Reckon he took her by surprise? Suddenly the control was with him maybe for a few seconds until her hand comes up and grabs his head...fantastic dynamics, just love it. ! biggrin.gif and very very hot hot hot!

Randy, your only hope is making him change his mind...sure you´re persuassive enough.

As for me...spinsterhood is just a state of mind... I´d better find me a comfort inn soon, LOL!

LOL!   Yeah.....ya better watch out for Texan women.  They carry 'protection' and not the kind you're thinking!

BTW Mara....you have TWO pluses going for you.  You don't live in Texas and you're a single woman.  Me thinks Michael could be persuaded to spend some time in a comfort inn with you.............

Seven minutes from Red Rock West... The top notch performances round off a pitch perfect script, and then... Nic looks his drifter´s best... and to top it all there´s that belt buckle appearing like a deus ex machina in the middle of the hottest scene... You can´t possibly ask for more.

Thanks to Roonilwazlib for uploading this!
