I like Jon Turteltaub, he seems to ooze positive energy. He must be a great director to work with, I think that comes across in the National Treasure films, their flavour, a synthesis where the whole is greater than the sum of the parts!smile.gif

They went to the same High School and Turteltaub was one year ahead of Nic.  Here are a couple of quotes I found on the IMDB site....
