It truly is a pain in the katooshie when our electronic devices go 'belly up'. How we lived without these contraptions before they became common place is anyone's guess. Glad your problems were solved as well dear!

glad it's sorted B, nothing more frustrating when your communication channels go belly up. I had to do a hard reset on my phone yesterday which wiped all my bookmarks and notes. Luckily had contacts saved on memory card.
