and UPS - all the best for your very merry pregnat friend...it is always miracle to carry child, when I ws pregnant last time with my Simon i hated sweet meals, i was addicted to juicy fruits - and I used to slightly freeze it before eating - that summer was dry and hot /LOL/ so I had two satisfactions -cooling and feeding in one - vidasl sasoon - wash and go

i actually ended up making this last night for my very pregnant friend. she's not as cute as nic, but she is carrying my godson. i did make her watch weatherman while we ate. she was so busy stuffing her face she didn't even make fun of me for yelling things at the movie. you know, like all normal girls do. things like "take off your shirt" hehe :)

okay, here is my savory contribution. please do not try to count the carbs, starch or fat... it might cause you to spontaneously combust! teriyaki pork loin -pink and tender. homemade macaroni and cheese grilled asparagus - lots of butter cucumber and tomato salad with red onion, garlic, oil, and vinegar somewhere we have to fit in portabella mushroom caps stuffed with roasted garlic and goat cheese my favorite desert (next to girl scout cookies) yellow cake with dark chocolate frosting as for atmosphere, i'm kinda all about the food. no idea there.

Weel, sorry B, i did not understand. This detoxication is only short lasting and consist of several days /2-/ and during those days you eat only fruit or vegatables. no milk, no coffe, only green tea or water is allowed. The last one day is mineral water day - consist of drinking about 2 l of mineral water /still is better/ and juices - i mean natural juices, no sugar
If you wonder to improve your style of nutrition - i do not recomend vegetarian diet, only recomend one day in week - only fruit, or only veggies, day -this is not prescription for body weight reduction, just to change for a one day the system of substrates, and deserve to your stomach a holiday.........

I used to fast once in a while as a teen. Not sure why I stopped. How would you suggest I go about it Doc?

do not understand randy for sure. I think the godness inside the people cant be meassured by the duration of sprig detoxication procedure therefore I am not better persom than you, I am more crazy than you this detox is always bestial stuff cant wait tomorrow breakfast
yes, oh so very perseptive doc. i changed my name to match my avatar. seemed more appropriate. this is the first time i saw nic, so i am stuck on randy. sigh. my brother is always available, if you can find him, but i am not even sure where he is right now. if you like, i will tell him to grow a mustache for you. that is something you really should experience at least once. it's a shame he does not share his frequent flier miles. :( good luck on the detox. you are a better woman than i....

Probably have to log out for today, because i am feeded with mineral water only today + juices from vegetables and fruits - this is my spring procedure - to clean out the toxins but I want to taste, smell and ltouch my food, in my today food i can only swim.
LOL! Intravenous feedings? Uggh.....no thanks. I don't care if they course aphrodisiacs into my bloodstream and send in three hunks dressed as Doctors for a liquid dessert.
I want to taste, touch, smell and even hear my food, thank you very much! It's all about the senses!

AND to answer your question Bonnie - I completely preffer intravenous feeding - which is easily accesible, well balanced, well tolerated, there is nothig as good for wild ...x than 10% glucose i.v. sweet kisses then.
Ok......I'll start this thing off by saying that I think it would be totally decadent and very sexy to share a meal with Nic in the old Persian custom of sitting on the floor totally surrounded by silk and velvet pillows in emerald greens and deep reds. I think my food of choice would be something full of gentle flavors that you could feed each other with your fingers and savor with your taste buds followed by sparkling water. Something like a lemony, curry infused, yougurty Chicken with vegetables. Exotic music would be played in the background and perhaps belly dancers would be there as a visual stimulation.
By the end of the meal, I figure Nic would be wobbly while walking out of the restaurant.

Or if you're not feeling up to preparing a meal for Nic, what kind of restaurant/food would you like to share with Nic?
Tell us then..........what's your idea of decadence? Of comfort food? Of simple necessity.....when it comes to food?
I guess the question boils down to .....how would YOU like to fatten up Nic??
