Okay....well to get help you have to want help and you have to listen to the pro's here.  

Hopping in bed with chocolate is okay if you're trying to break free of Nic....but you MUST....and this is key.....force yourself to watch a movie that doesn't feature him..........

It's the ONLY way.........dear....the only way!

it's good to hear i am not alone in my obssession and that there is somewhere i can go and people i can talk to to help me through this emotional crisis............what help is available to me?? I think the only thing i can do to help myself right now is to snuggle up in bed with a big bar of chocolate and one of Nic's films  - only question is which one?? xx
