Tell me Dr Jenn.....would varying the intensity and the speed be beneficial to the participants??   LOL!   I mean.....I have to admit it.....Slow and easy is just as fun as fast and furious.  I'd be a happy camper if I could have both in one medical session!

Yes, it is true, 
120 heart beats per minute is needed and the compensation depens on the time period in which you are able to maintain it. LOL. (somebody can take 2 min of extreme exercise, or somebody can take 15 min of moderate activity /LOL/, another factor involved is - how often these exercises are performed /saturday night? LOL/.
O woman, you made my afternoon ..... I am just waiting when my son will be finishid with his dancing lesson, and now , simply I ´v got something to analyse.....

Jenn......I was a bit aware of the 120hearbeats a minute being needed but isn't it true that the heartbeat has to stay at that rate for several minutes????   Which would mean that for sex to be a real medical stress releaser it would have to be akin to a rapid router rootering???

how you could know? I have intellectual intercourses, ehm... enough for now....
In one intellectual intercouse my studens asked me what is the best way /except extreme physical exercise in gym/ how to compensate the matabolic consequences of stress reaction -
to explain - during the stres you have
 -elavated blood glocose
- elevated blood free fatty acids and lipid particles
- increased arousal
-increase sensitivty of any receptors in the body - all of these metabolic changes are developed to produce extreme physical activty - to fight or to flight. This is the general idea of the stress reaction. To be ready for extreme muscle work. They asked my, if sex could be a compensation of these matabolic changes - I mean consumption of all of these substrates and balancing their plasmatic levels.
This took me by a surprise, but i SAID - YES, BUT YOU HAVE TO REACH HEART RATE MORE THAN 120 beats per min.
So, this is our slovak way haw to compenstae stres reaction, enjoyable kind of intercourse.

Oh yeah we must arrange a night out with those two guys Jenn... you go with Charlie the tortured soul to a violin concert (whishing you luck sister, cause the last time he took a girl to a concert she went back home intact without being kissed not once, LOL!).... I on the other hand will hang out with Donald at some friend´s party but not for long... he loves to do some "push in the bush" nights and I aim to please you know... he he he...

No? You don´t like this....? Oh, okay, we´ll go for plan B then... Let´s go to some Irish pub where the four of us can do some loud and rowdy brainstorming in order to put some ideas together and begin scribbling the sript for THE FOUR... Some beer can be of invaluable help, and some dancing on dark corners wouldn´t hurt either, LOL!

Oooh I love this question OnlyNic...

It´s a very difficult choice to make, but after giving it some thought I think I´d go for Frank Pierce. He was a conflicted saint who couldn´t get pass the stage of sinner. And despite all the hellish craziness about him, he never lost his dignity.... The kind of contradictory character who only Nic can make wholly consistent.

This was a very dark role with so many layers (a masochistic streak?). Frank desperately wanted to help the destitute but also was determined to save them against themselves, in order to enjoy the power that gave him and thus fill the void in his life.

The feature what shocked me the most was, that there were no boundaries between him and the suffering, and that was killing him, until he let go of his pride. He stopped wanting to become a martyr against all odds and began to listen to the people around him. By doing that, he put himself in a possition to help effectively. Compassion is not enough... understanding must come first.

And, last but not least... his eyes in this movie are deep-sea emotional, a testament to soulfulness. El Greco painted eyes like those in his pictures of saints.

OMGosh............this is a hard question to answer cuz the truth is I'd like to take a piece of several of em and put em' together into one character.   LOL!

I adore Jack Cambell the tycoon, for his brilliant drive to succeed and I love Jack the family man, cuz he loved his woman so much he put his own needs second in order to help out her family when needed.  He put family first.  I admire both of them.  Then...the Kaufman boys tickle my fancy because they are both so 'quirky' and 'real',  both intelligent, one a bit looser than the other.  I love Joe Enders because he's the kind of quiet man you can depend on and deep down inside he's capable of deep feeling.  I'm drawn to Roy Waller caused he's a mixed up but good guy who does a complete 180 in his life in order to do the right thing.   I like Stanley Goodspeed, not only cuz he's a the sexy hunk who loves fun sex, but also because he becomes everything he didn't believe he could be.  And I adore the two other Charlies's.....Tess's Charlie, cuz he works so hard at his job yet underneath he's really a softie and the cop Charlie cuz he's so generous of heart.   Oh....and um.....I like Peter Lowe cuz he's really left of center!  LOL!

Let's just say....It would probably be easier to say which one wouldn't I take!   LOL!
