"Stand Up For A Cure" Auctions Off Celebrity Packages For Charity

New York, NY (CNS) - The Breast Cancer Research Foundation will be holding an online auction in February that will give fans the chance to bid on various celebrity packages to raise money for a good cause.

The auction has been organized by Stand Up For A Cure. Fans of Barry Manilow can bid for two chances to meet the singer backstage at concerts in Las Vegas and New York, along with front row tickets to see his show. The package also includes a pre-concert reception with an open bar and a chance to have photos taken with Manilow and Kelly Ripa, who will host the show in New York at the Nassau Coliseum.

Other packages include a chance to meet Nicolas Cage and hang out on the set of his new movie or own a jersey signed by hockey great Wayne Gretzky. Music fans can also bid on 2 gold level tickets to the Grammy's or score a one hour meeting with music mogul Allen Grubman.

The auction ends on January 7. Stand Up For A Cure is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to eradicating lung cancer.
