Great poem Bonnie, full of grace. Let´s hope said grace reaches him somehow...

I had the report done yesterday, so I can jump in any topic again!!biggrin
(Although it is written in my mother tongue, it still takes me a lot of time...

A very precise depiction of our man!!biggrin

Hey Bonnie,

this is really nice poem for NIC.

I am sure that a lot of people there have the same or very similar feeling. To protect NIC from the all bad thingk that may happen, to protect him from the sorrow, pain, exhaustion and so on. I am with you, and I promise that this evening I will think about the NIC /ooops I am always thinking about NIC/ but this evening I will try to send him positive energy. I am not sure if this could work / I have sometimes realistic and very sad mood. I have seen a lot of people to die during my duties, and I was not able to keep them, to protect them. Sometimes I am wondering to protect all living entities - OH - tis could sound crazy, but it is true.

So my promise is - this evening I l try to send positive energy to NIC, and wisper a short prayer. Maybe this could work.

I used to write alot of poetry....not so much anymore (sorry Mara)  But.....

Today as I was doing my usual household chores and thinking of the latest pics of Nic, a poem came into my mind rather quickly....one that I needed to write.... I guess.   I share it now with all of you and with Nic if he were to ever stop by here sometime.   I know it sounds silly, but I like to think that warm thoughts and good intentions, even from faceless fans and from afar, can make a difference in his life. 

So, having said that....does anyone else have a poem they might like to share with Nic?  Something they would like to say to him if they had the chance?  Here's mine.....

I lit a candle for you today
Murmured a prayer and sent it your way
Hoping somehow it would hit its mark
Lifting your spirits up out of the dark
Peace within is what I forever wish for you
