Speaking of bookstores and Paul Coehlo......today after my weird dream I headed to the bookstore to see if I could find anything that would jump out at me concerning Akashic records and I ended up buying four books (none about the Akashic records, mind you) but one that is a bunch of quotations by......Paul Coehlo! LOL!

The Alchemist is a very good book. I need to look around and find my old copy.....

The thing about this quote tho "you should follow your dreams with all your heart and soul and some energies start to move anyway" is true.....to a point. At least in my opinion....because......   (BTW.....I am not normally a pessimist).....

A person can be willing to follow their dreams and yet find that they hit a brick wall for one reason or another. Sometimes our personal desires are intertwined with other people and their desires can be remarkably different than our own....meaning....there can be a push pull type of relationship going on and it can become a stalemate of epic proportions which thwarts your personal dreams from coming true.

YET!   I also believe this quote "There is one great truth on this planet: whoever you are, or whatever it is that you do, when you really want something, it's because that desire originated in the soul of the universe. It's your mission on earth".

I seriously believe that some things are simply meant to be.   That they arrive on our doorstep for a very profound and deep reason. Ignoring those moments only serves to destroy our happiness, if you know what I mean.

Hi there!

No I don't know the book The Alchemist but it sounds interesting. I think you all have seen the movie Next?! I believe that it really could happen (like in the movie) that someone can see the future or have some other ability like this. But it's a rarity of course.
My mom I think is not psychic, she often dreams really stupid things, which ...thank God... not happened yet. smile

It's really amazing!!!!! You know the book THe Alchemist by Paulo Coelho?
He says something like you should follow your dreams with all your heart and soul and some energies start to move anyway!!!!

This book changed my point of view and made me think I'm responsible for my happiness and for others' happiness too. It helped me not to complain about everything that could go wrong and to find the happiness in every single action of the day.......

of course it's easy to say it. I'm still trying to live in this way. Difficult, but beautiful!!!!

Perhaps your mum is psychic, I believe we all have premonition dreams at some point. Or maybe we truly can travel in time and know the future in any given moment?

Yesterday before I went to bed, I said to my mom: Sleep well and have a NICe dream.

This morning while we were on the way to work, my mom told me her dream she had at night.
A dream of Nic: He came as a craftsman and wants to repair a pipe burst although we have no pipe burst.

Later I checked the official e-mail at work and I got a message: Pipe burst at mainbuilding, do not use the toilets in house A, B and C.

But unfortunately Nic didn't come to repair it.
