Drank would be the correct word here, as I really do not drink anymore.  And that poem was not in regards to myself, just a look into the darkness of drugs and drinking really.  Thanks for reading!

I just wrote this poem. It's about drinking too much and drugs. This is not a poem about me, but just an observation of reality of living in excess.

Enough

"Man, hit me with another Tequila"
"No, you've had enough"

"Man, slide over another Beer"
"No, you've had enough"

Gazing cross-eyed at the Bartender I try to think straight,
wondering how much money I have in my jeans pocket

"Man, hit me with another Tequila"
"No, you've had enough"

"Man, slide over another Beer"
"No, you've had enough"

W T F where is my drivers licence and cash?
and why am I half naked in a hotel room?
Who the hell drove me here?

I feel funny..whoa things are looking really weird...
WTF is this needle doing on this table next to the bed?

"Man, hit me with another Tequila"
"No, you've had enough"

"Man, slide over another Beer"
"No, you've had enough"

Fighting the dizziness, I look down and see a rubber
band around my arm next to a needle mark.

As I pass out I think........
I've had enough
