Take heart ladies.....maybe if Eva got to see his ass in the line of duty...we'll get a glimpse of the hunk tushie too when we go to see Ghost Rider!

BTW....to answer someone's question.  Yes...those tats you've seen on Nic's arms are the real deal.  On the one arm is a flaming skull,  and a Lion, the one on his back is the Lizard with the top hat and he has a coppola more on the other arm that I either don't remember what they are or I haven't seen a pic of.  I had read ages ago he had one on his ankle area too and now....Ava supposedly said he has one on his ass. 

Apparently, the man is a walking talking piece of art these days.  :)

I know when NC was making Ghost Rider Eva Mendes described him as the coolest cat on the block and said he has a tattoo on his @$$ but she wouldnt say what it was of.

Does anyone know if that picture of Cage with the long hair and huge tattoos on the tops of both arms is real or is it a temp tattoo for the role what he is playing in Next??

I think that old stigma attached to tats...the old thinking that to have a tat you were either a convict, sailor or a lady of the night... has gone!

I have two tattoos:

a small pink and lilac butterfly in the same place Nic has his lizard tat and a larger, multicoloured butterfly on the lower part of my back just above my butt!!

There's no reason why I chose to have them, I just decided one day I wanted a tattoo!, or why I chose butterflies except I think butterflies are pretty, beautiful creatures.

Mine says "Dying to be Alive".  It has such huge meaning behind it for me. 

Firstly, it's the title of a song that helped me through a lot in my life. 

Secondly, I had attempted suicide at one point in my life because of severe depression. 

Thirdly, it's an everyday reminder that I need to take one day at a time and live it to the fullest.

and here is a rumor,

Nicolas Cage had to have his Ghost Rider tattoo covered with make-up in order to play Johnny Blaze (Ghost Rider).

Indeed he does!  Several in fact but I do not know the exact amount but I bet some of our more diehard Nic fans do.  I think I read that he gets tatts when something major happens in his life and there are stories behind them.
