I've read conflicting reports re the Liberace project.

Some say he is only producing the movie and others say he is producing and starring in it!

I do hope that if this movie gets off the ground Nic will play Liberace.

Yeah I read about this on Moviehole.net and the BBC film site so I think there could possibly be some truth in this!!

I do believe there is a lot of truth to this and I myself look forward to Nic's take on the man. Besides him being such a musical icon, I'm sure as with any icon, there is a darkside we John and Jane Q public do not get, nor need to see. Think of Kauffman from Taxi (Ladka). Now there was a man with such talent but chased by demons!

someone recently showed me an article in a magazine (don't know what the mag was) saying he was set to play liberace as his next role. is there really in truth in this ? it wouldn't surprise me but i hadn't heard anything yet and the picture they had w/ it was obviously forged.
