I am wondering if anyone can help me figure out what movie the following scene is from......


Nicolas Cage is asking for a file which evidently has been lost or mis-filed.  He starts to rant about how someone could mis-file something "how hard could it be to file?  How could a file be misfiled?  You use the *@?&* alphabet....a,b,c,d..."


Would appreciate if anyone can suggest which movie this scene is from.
