The Chicago International Film Festival is near-finished for the year (sad, we know, but try not to get tears in your bucket of popcorn). Toast its conclusion at the Grand Finale Party, held after the screening of the new Nicolas Cage flick, "The Weather Man." While you might not snag tix to the nearly sold-out screening (read our review of the movie on Thursday), you still have a shot at spying the star, as Cage is expected to turn out for the party. Along with seeing slick Nick, enjoy drinks and a slew of appetizers.
