CCM is one of my favourite Nic's movies ...i also like his other romance movies like city of angels , moonstruck and peggy sue got married ... he is so brilliant in romance movies ... but he has a few number of these roles

Nic is just my all time favorite actor as long as I can remember. I fell for him the first time I laid eyes on him when he first hit the big screen. And I am not some young thing either.lol
I really enjoyed this film, far more than I thought I would. While I thought the romance between him and Pelegria (Penelope Cruz) was a bit rushed, it was still to die for, and is not something you want to see if you're feeling lonely and let down by love. LOL. Still, overall, the story was told very well, and he plays a wonderfully sensitive, seductive, charismatic Italian soldier with such ease.
I just love that accent!
