He might not currently be winning any battles at the box office, but Nicolas Cage proved hes the film fans favourite over Leonardo DiCaprio in Japan.
Both stars touched down in Tokyo today for the Japanese premieres of Inception and The Sorcerer's Apprentice.
But while dozens of fans waited to catch a glimpse of Inception star DiCaprio at Narita International Airport, there were more than 100 screaming fans waiting for Cage.
DiCaprio, who wore his trademark baseball cap and shades as he made his way through the terminal, reportedly ignored two Japanese girls offering him flowers, as well as pleas for autographs from fans.
But Cage spent more than 10 minutes at the airport posing for photos and signing autographs for his Far East followers.
Dressed in jeans, a jacket and gold sunglasses, Cage shook hands and charmed his audience, who had waited hours just to catch a glimpse of the star.
