"Actor Nicolas Cage will come to Panama, and though we're pretty sure that Paradise will visit one of our tourist sites, the real reason his visit is his commitment to humanitarian work.
The information was disclosed Thursday in morning newscast Telemetro Report by Troels Vester, Regional Adviser on Prevention of the Crime of the United Nations.
Vester said Cage, who in December last year was appointed a goodwill ambassador for global justice by OFIN on Drugs and Crime, will be participating next week in a demonstration at the Port of Balboa on the global control measures containers that are being implemented in a joint activity between the United Nations and the National Customs Authority of Panama.
Cage has starred in films like "Ghost Rider", "60 Seconds", "flipside", "City of Angels" and "Kick Ass", released recently."
