Yes, Mara, Gerfalcon is perfectly right about striking a balance between reality and fantasies. It's the same reason I sometimes leave and I return here now and then. Life brings you outside and this is very positive. Even if I love Nic so much, he doesn't belong to our world, unfortunately. He has his own world and we have ours and we must make our life extraordinary - we must be busy, do things and get into the real world, the multicolored one. Hi everybody! So sorry I suddenly became silent. I feel I owe you an explanation or something. Life has become quite hectic for me as my translation studies are really picking upbut to be honest, I´m also going through an introspective phase of sorts and my interests have shifted away somehow. It´s the John Laroche in me, LOL! I feel detached from my former self, so to speak, coming to terms with reality. Reality is stubborn, but fantasies can become quite bullheaded too if you let them rule your life
That´s not to say I don´t care anymore about Nic of CF anymore, on the contrary I miss your lovely banter and will always remain a friend to you all. It´s just that I´m taking a break of sorts to reload my energies Will show up from time to time though. This is a place where I´ve met wonderful people and I will always be indebted to Nic for that. Well, for that and for zillions of things.
Don´t worry, I´m not taking a French leave. I´ll be around as long as this forum is up and running only not on a regular basis.
