Luckily the news was denied... Nic is not facing a lawsuit for $36.7 Million, but for $3 Million. And he´s NOT being accused of fraud, as People Magazine posted a few days back rectifying their own article. Anyway... it´s been a tough year for him, arguably his worst. I can´t wait for him to turn a corner and begin from scratch.
