RE: I hope Nicolas doesn't lose the ability to travel about freely Overseas

Well Catherine we don´t know about the extent and consequences of the case yet, so let´s hope it doesn´t get that serious. I wish the matter could be solved in private and the dirty little details never got to be made public, but that´s wishful thinking.

As for Nic regaining his inner peace and confidence back, only time, the greatest healer, can tell, but I bet he will move on eventually. He´s gonna need to be very brave, though. And very humble too. This is a lifetime opportunity to start from scratch, and reconsider. If he´s smart, and we´ve got every indication that he is, he will take it. I´m counting on him for that (as if he cares about what I think, LOL!)

Ah, life neve ceases to teach us hard lessons, huh? That really sucks, but on the other hand that´s the only shortcut to get to the yellow brick road...

It's   nice   to  be   able   to   travel   about    freely,    instead   of   being    restricted   to    one   location   all    of   your   days!

I   think    it's   a   matter   of   integrity,   conscience,   accountability,    for   him,
Nick's   trying   to    do   the    right   thing,    he's    trying   to   get   justice    for   himself,    set   things    right.

That    attorney      made   Nick    look   like    a    bum,   he   stole   his   reputation,
I'm    sure    it   affected    his   career,    he   made    Nick   fight   for   survival,    while    he   lived    well.

it's    not   an    easy    thing   to   go   through    whether   your    rich   or   poor,  he's    actually     a   crime    victim,     what   the    attorney   did    is    actually    worse   than   a   mugging,    that   would   have   taken   place   out   on   the   street.

The   best   plan   of   action    is   to   see   if   the   attorney    victimized    any   of   his   other   clients,   to   prove    intent,      motive,    he   should    sue   for   damages,   loss   of   reputation,      livilihood,     his   welfare     and   that   of   his   family    was   put   at   risk,    everything     he   worked    hard    for    was    thrown    to   the   wind.
he   was    left   for   broke,    made   a   poorer,    left   having   to   beg   for   his   bread.

At     45   years   old,    the   fear   of   losing   everything,   must   have    over   whelmed    him.  Not   to   mention    the   feeling   of   not   being   able   to   "support"   his   family,   how   the   lawyer   made   him   appear   to   his   wife,   his   family,    his   friends.
Can   he   gain   that   all   back?
