Something close to what you´re asking for got made for the Matschtick Men DVD extras. You´ve got more than an hour of a documentary on how the entire process of manking that movie went, from the script, the casting, the wardrobe tests, the location spots, the production meetings, the rehearsals... to the acutal shooting, the test screenings, and the premiere at a film festival... It´s fascinating to watch!
Thanks for this Mara. I, for one, haven't bought the DVD. I only own a few of Nic's movies at this point. Anyhooo.......I have always thought it would be fascinating to watch a film be created from start to finish. I know that there is much down time on set and it can actually be boring for some, but I think it would be worth it in the end.......to see a film created from the bottom "up" so to speak.
Thanks again for a behind the scenes look at how KNOWING came to be.
