People who have failed to pay their taxes, and who have tried taking on the IRS with the argument that federal taxes are unconstitutional, are currently serving federal hard time in prison right now!!!!!
My sister-in-law, who works for the IRS in California is required and has filed her federal taxes every year and states, IRS employees are NOT exempt from paying taxes!
About 7 years ago, we had a gentlemen on my morning radio show who had a book out at the time about this very thing. He said there was no law that states Americans have to pay taxes and that, it was unconstitutional. He even showed you ways on how to fight the IRS. He is currently serving hard time in prison right now for unpaid taxes!!!!!!!!!!
I tell you what, why don't YOU try not paying your taxes? Let us know in a few years (if you're not in jail), how it turned out. The below link pretty much sums it up:

Dear Nic, My friends and I just came across a video on Denver Open Media it is a place where free speech is not blocked or edited. We found out that there is no law anywhere that says you have to pay Federal Income Tax, we called the IRS and found several former agents stating that they knew and they have checked on this. They said this law was never made and it was unconstitutional for them to charge a Federal tax. Read the 16th Amendment carefully and it will show this. This law was never ratified by any of the states and it has to be unanimous vote for it to be legal,several judges and lawmakers know this but know one will mention this when they are in court because it is not available to anyone except the IRS employees..Research it yourself. The former IRS agents haven't file a tax return since 1999 and they have not been charged with anything because they know the truth... Ask anybody working for the IRS to find you the law that states we have to pay Federal taxes..........they can't and they won't because there is no law for this! Spread the word! If anyone finds a law please feel free to let me know. good Luck and someone tell nic to take it to court !
