Hey Manny!

I've just watched your interview with Nic and I have to say it......it was one of the best interviews I've seen in years.  Nic seemed so relaxed and open with you and he actually looked as tho he was enjoying the process.  Usually he looks so serious and tired.  Here he looked like he'd had a good night's rest and was looking forward to chatting with you.  What you asked him was outside the norm and he really did seem to enjoy the questions. 

Great interview!  Thanks for sharing...........

You have a gorgeous energy, so warm and friendly! I agree with Tracy and Mara, you created a great vibe and the outcome was one of the most amazing Nic interviews I've seen in ages!

You took it beyond the norm, it flowed effortlessly like an exotic champagne brimming with the perfect balance of the most delicious ingredients.
It was just so spontaneous, relaxed and natural, and it really looked like you were both enjoying it! smile.gif

I was grinning from ear to ear through the whole thing!
I enjoyed the part about the voice acting and it being his real voice...but the dry heat bit was the best!

.......And can I say.....when he uttered the word, "heat" with that relaxed deep and sexy voice, I just about melted myself......!!!!heart.gifwink.gifbiggrin.gif

Manny.... You´re not going to belive this, but I actually had seen your YouTube vid days ago and was going to post a link to your interview... I had saved it under the tag: "NICe interview... Nic smiles and laughs a lot".

Thank you for making our man smile and genuinely so! As Tracy pointed out, it´s not easy to make celebs open up in interviews as they tend to go on auto-pilot. But you put Nic at ease and he looked so relaxed talking to you...

You come across as a very smiling guy yourself... and that´s so beautiful to see these days when everyone´s so tense on the media! It´s great that you at least give things a different, more gentle spin. Congrats for your enjoyable show!!

I´m glad you joined the forum, please feel free to contribute your thoughts to our discussions, we´d love to hear from you again soon!

Kudos to Manny the Movie Guy!!  EXCELLENT INTERVIEW!!!  The first interview I've seen in a long time where Nic was not in complete automode -  repeating the same things in EVERY INTERVIEW! 

Manny was able to open Nic up a bit, and to reveal other characteristics about himself... The Palm Springs thing was fabulous!!!!!

To Manny:  YOU GO BOY!!!!!!

Hi guys, just sharing my fun one-on-one interview with Nicolas Cage!

He is really cool in person, super-sweet, and we talked about a lot of fun stuff including:

his involvement with the film
his secret to using his voice as Speckles
visiting Palm Springs, my hometown
the moral of the story!
