I would think it would bother him quite a bit, selling all those places he has worked so hard for.
The truth is ....is that the problem with investing in real estate that is not an income producing piece of property, the mortgages and taxes and upkeep of such properties can eat up your disposable income. FAST! When the economy get's bad.....the going gets bad on properties.
Yet.......sometimes............things like this are actually blessings in disguise for people. When people hunker down for economic reasons, it oftens brings families and people closer together. It can be a 'we're in this together' sort of exercise in relationships.

Nic's NYC apartment is absolutely amazing! I wonder if he's sad or depressed about having to put up all of his incredible properties for sale?
It seems as though he's worked so hard over the years to build up such an astonishing portfolio of real estate.
The 2 yachts were what really floored me because as you all know he absolutely loves the ocean and to have to sell both yachts must have been really hard.
Though, I'm sure, he's probably doing what most celebs do, downgrade, and lease things like yachts and planes. You still maintain your lifestyle, but it's much less expensive and you only have to maintain the property while you're occupying it.
