Welcome to the forum Margie! I love original questions like yours... Never noticed that 7/14 was mentioned in both Con Air and Knowing... could be a coincidence, could be a private wink... who knows. Very observant of you anyway!
Have you seen the number in any other Nic flicks? I've never caught the 7/14 thing.
I ask because I have noticed that in almost all of his flicks there is either a Lady of Guadaloupe or Madonna statue/figurine or painting or some such relgious icon in a scene.

I've never read nor heard that 7/14 has an special significance to Nicolas. However, he has said that 7 is his lucky number so.................
Also.......actors are well known for inserting little 'things' in their movies for special reasons known only to themselves. Perhaps July 14th is the birthday of someone in his life and it's a little 'gift' to them? Who knows...but cool question.
