Thank you so much dear friends for your peyers and your thoughts. I had missed you all and the atmosphere of friendship that is in this forum. We all prey for all the victims of the earthquake even if I heard that in Japan they are used to such earthquakes and they don't bring such disasters. The problem is that we have ancient houses and the new ones have been built in an irregular way. It seems they didn't use the proper materials and they are investigating on the new buildings, now. What a shame!! And people die because of incompetence of other ones. Anyway thanks so much and I'm sorry you were worried for me.
ROSITA, I´M SO HAPPY AND SO RELIEVED TO HEAR FROM YOU!!!! Thankfully you were not hurt, and your house was spared... I´m sorry you had to wake up to that terryfing experience, but after a thing like that happens around you, the positive part is that you learn to enjoy every moment with glee, right?
Take care dear Rosita, and good luck with your moving!
Great to hear you and so glad you are safe Rosita. My heart goes out to all those who have lost loved ones and to those suffering, love and healing prayers to them all, and to your aching heart Rosita. X

We have all been so worried about you and it is so good to see your message today. I'm glad that you and your family are safe, Rosita. It must be so scary to have woken up like that and then to keep feeling aftershocks.
And it must be so very painful and traumatic to know that your neighbors have been thru so much and lost so much. My thoughts and prayers are with you and all those who have been touched by this devastation. Stay safe and strong!
Hugz, B

Thank you everybody for your solidarity. Yes, I've heard the earthquake. I was sleeping the first time and I heard my bed was moving softly, I woke up and I saw the lamp on the ceiling, it was moving, too. I was so scared and the day after I saw all the disaster in L'Aquila and all the surounding little towns. I was very impressed by all the people who lost their family, their houses, everything. This morning I saw the funeral of all those people, too painful...... I live in The Marche region that borders on Abruzzo. I'm 150 km far from L'Aquila. We feel they are our brothers, as Mara said about Italy and Spain (thank you, Mara). Anyway I'm still here and I spent the last two months moving again from an apartment to my original house..... that's why I disappeared for so long time and after all this period I had found this message from you. Thank you for your friendship and your love. I was very moved.
I heard about the earthquake in Italy. I don't know Rosita but I hope she and her family are okay now.

Rosita, I hope neither you or anyone in your family got hurt in the earthquake that struck the Abruzzo region of Italy today... Please if you can, give us word that you´re all right, ok?
My heart goes out to the people of a country I love so much, we Spaniards consider Italians our own brothers and sisters and feel for you in these times of hardhsip. Avete coraggio!
