I used to be able to drink the stuff all day and all night long with no effect but since I no longer have more than two or three cups a day, I now have noticed if I have the stuff past 2 or 3 in the afternoon, I will bolt upright out of a sound sleep in the middle of the night wide awake. 

Same thing happens to me with chocolate now.

So....I try to be a good girl, Dr Jenn and have my last cup after lunch.  Then I switch to water.   :)

well B,
be careful with coffee. After several cups of coffee I am like that batery bunny, who keeps going, going and going...........

Now seriously: coffee can increase your blood pressure, enhance ventilation of lungs, increase urine production, a lot of coffee can make a stomach ulcers, weel I abnormal heart rate- what could be described like - feeling of weirsa heart beating inside your chest...

i have to make a confession..............for me. a lot of coffee makes me do crazy things......

More Coffee might help my little grey brain cells fire on 'full' instead of on......'too early in the morning to think straight' mode....

Yes, there is a similarity, maybe NIC knows, he looks adorable in this "hair" style.....LOL.

I know!  I know!   I'm probably drawn just a wee bit more to the Balthazar look cuz I love goatees.  Especially on goats like Nic!

In fact, I´ve got my heart split between Lavey´s look and Balthazar´s look.... Hmm... IT´s a toss up between the two! Decisions, decisions... LOL!
