It's really cool, ConHair, thanks for sharing :).

I was laughing a lot and hoping that Twitter was his till I saw this 'Just picked out the tux I am going to wear to the aCAGEemy Awards'. Did he go to the Academy Arwards?? Sounds like he was watching with his laptop.

Thanks ... yeah ... I guess even if it's a joke or a fan thing I still think it's pretty funny.

I don't know that I believe Nic would be the type to do a 'twitter'.  Guess no one would know for sure if it's really his or not.

Ditto to that... but still thankful for your sharing, Susan!smile

Hmm... It has an undeniable interest from the linguistic point of view, LOL! You know, when your name is verbalized, even in mockery, that means you´ve "arrived"...

So in this text the proper name CAGE is capitalized, then it takes a verbal, adverbial and even adjectival value. And, to top it all, we are treated to some phonetic replacements that give /keidg/ the added value to stand for almost any phoneme in the discourse.

And hey, the CAGEa-Cola brand should be patented... just in case, hehehe...

He's so funny! It's great that he has a sense of humor about himself, that's my favorite thing about him. It really shines on there.

Some ppl don't get it and think he's self absorbed but I he's just being funny. He's so popular b/c he's so great with his fans! That's one of the reasons why I've always liked him in movies etc.
