Oh great interview Mara! I think many of us share the same longing for him to write.... a poetic creative soul.... If this is what he comes out with in an interview imagine how beautiful his expression would be to read... Sigh. But we must not project our desires onto the man! Can't help but feel though how wonderful that would be. Maybe he prefers to be within a character... writing can leave you feeling very naked...depending on how close to truth you want to get.
I adore lotus flowers and their symbology, it sounds like he had a very soulful experience in Australia. Nice that he can feel that elemental beauty, many people are blind to the truth in it.

How cool that he is combining spiritual interests with his work, we can't know what that means for him, rightly, but any inclusion of a spiritual dynamic floats my boat... Hopefully on black sparkling sunlit waters amongst magenta, pink and white lotus blossoms. .
