Wow...........that would have been a cool scene in the movie showing how the two of them came to a 'truce' of sorts!  I wonder why it was cut....

I always liked that movie... the first part reminds me of my bosses, sans the emotional second part LOL

I found some pics of a deleted scene at the bar. After Dough and Tess have a meaningful tete a tete, they get along so well they even dance together... here you go:
