Thanks everyone for the sweet 'howdies'. Yes, I miss all of you and the world of Nic.
My 'deal' is doing okay. I'm currently enrolled in school to update all of my computer skills along with spreadsheets and basic accounting/bookeeping. I'm hoping to find a job asap but my timing, as usual, is off. 18 years ago I did two years worth of school acquiring several certificates in the same fields, only to then immediately become a stay at home mom, never being able to use my new found talents. Now..... after many starts and stops of trying to go back to school to update my skills, I have found that the job market absolutely stinks and I may not be back to work as soon as I had hoped for.
Other than that, I've been busy with family and friends, throwing two huge Halloween bashes, readying for both Thanksgiving and Christmas feasts at my house and having a near death experience (exagerrating folks). I can't say it's been boring.....
Anyhooo.......I will try to stop by as I can, ok?
And oh....Jenn? I handpicked Mara for the Moderator job! Ya didn't think I'd leave all of you in anything but the best of 'hands', did ya? She's absolutely amazing, both as a moderator and as a person.

Hey guys............I'm just stopping by to say howdy to everyone. The site looks wonderful and I see that Mara has been hard at work being the new superduper Moderator! Great work Mara! I see there are lots of new members and that a few in particular are busy at work sharing wonderful pics and news of Nic and his new project. From the looks of the pictures, this is going to be my kind of movie. I love period pieces. Especially when they feature hunks like Nic!
