Dear Mara, You're studying Italian, too!!!!! That's wonderful!! And I'm glad you like it. Have you seen Captain Corelli's Mandolin? (of course yes, forgive me it was a stupid question). He speaks quite good Italian so he can also be your Italian teacher!!!! If he knew he's a teacher he wouldn't believe it, considering he was almost expelled from school (as I read in the site). You have no idea how much I can relate to your post... I LOVE languages, and Nic is.... ahem... my fave teacher of English (totally unbeknown to him, of course). His background is quite cultured, and it shows in the way he speaks, right? I study Italian too, by the way... ah che bella lingua.

Hi everybody!!!!! Sorry I started to discuss in the forum before introducing myself, but I'm starting to understand this site little by little. I'm not so good at using technologies, but I like that they give the posibility to know many people throughout the world and, most of all, people who admire Nicolas Cage!!! I'm from Italy and I'm fond of English language and culture. I use the movies to improve my English and one day I saw Cityof Angels. I liked Cage but when I saw the film I completely fell in love with him (like a thousand of women in the world, I guess!!!). And now I want to know all his films (Well, honestly speaking I've only seen 4 of them, but I'll have time and besides I read somewhere that he's going to leave his work. "Oh no! - I said - not now that I've started to see them! I'm so unlucky!!!" Anyway I hope he's going to continue and to make us dream and .... improve our English!!!!! I love his pronunciation so much and his voice is so wonderful!!!! Was I too long?? But I would write many and many words on him...... Ok. That's enough I think. Bye!!!!!!!!!!!!!
