Red Rock West is definitely a must see! I bought it at Amazon UK (region 2 DVD, the ones we can watch in Europe) three years ago... I believe you´ve got your own Amazon site in Germany, so maybe it´s easier for you to log into that one...

To Bonnie´s recommendations I would add Vampire´s Kiss, Red Rock West, Wild at Heart and Leaving Las Vegas... Hmm... I´m afraid you´ve got a looong wish list for your birthday! Good luck with your Nic related presents!
Goodness.......to answer your question....which movies would I recommend to you? I've enjoyed all of Nic's movies....all of his characters! (He has referred to them as his 'children' in interviews).
Personally, my favorite Nic movies are City of Angels, Adaptation, Windtalkers, The Rock, Matchstick Men, Face-Off, Zandalee, Moonstruck, Captain Corelli's Mandolin, Valley Girls, Peggy Sue Got Married and The Family Man. The Weather Man was very good too although there was too much unnecessary profanity in the movie for my taste (which always turns me off).
The thing is, which ever movie you do choose to see of Nic's......you'll be sure to walk away thinking about his portrayal of the character and mulling over all of the nuances he brings to each character. The man is a superb actor!

Hello all, I'm new so I thought I say hi :) My name is Romy and I'm 24 years old (almost 25....yeah I know, I'm getting old *lol*). I live in Germany but I can tell you, it's not really the place I wanna grow old :P Anyway, I'm a huge fan of Nic...he's a brilliant actor and in my opinion damn sexy.
