45-year-old charged with the intent to commit larceny pleads not guilty

LOS ANGELES - A man has been arrested and charged with first degree burglary after allegedly breaking in to Nicolas Cages house, Access Hollywood has learned.
Robert Furo, 45, was arrested at the actors home in Newport Beach. The Orange County Superior Court confirmed to Access that Furo has pleaded not guilty to felony burglary in the first degree.
Furo, who remains in custody, has a pretrial hearing scheduled for Oct. 10.
